Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions herein apply to ConsumerBase LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, and contractors, including, but not limited to NetPostmaster, all of which are referred to herein as "Netpostmaster." The terms and conditions herein are in addition to, and do not override, the specific terms and conditions that apply to the services offered by Netpostmaster and otherwise through this site.

NetPostmaster enables you to initiate transactions for the purchase of products or services. However, NetPostmaster is not the supplier of such products or services, nor is it a third party to any transactions involving such products or services. NetPostmaster matches buyers to one or more participating Vendors. You agree that by completing a request form on the NetPostmaster site, you are entering into an agreement with NetPostmaster and with NetPostmaster’s Vendors and thus agree to be contacted by NetPostmaster and its Vendors. You acknowledge that these Vendors can contact you regarding your request and that you are expressly consenting to such contact by them, or NetPostmaster if necessary, to fulfill your request via phone, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses. These contacts are necessary to provide the services offered by our site, to service your business needs, to address matters pertaining to your request or for other rational purposes related to our business.

It is agreed that your use of NetPostmaster’s services is for purchasing intentions and not for any other purpose including advertising or competitive intelligence. You acknowledge that NetPostmaster may screen all requests and has the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to deny any request that is, in our opinion, in violation of our terms and conditions.

If it is revealed by NetPostmaster in its sole discretion that you are exploiting or attempting to misuse or evade the NetPostmaster services or system, or are using or attempting to use it for any inappropriate purposes (i.e. hacking, fraud, advertising, or spamming etc.) NetPostmaster reserves the right to immediately terminate your access without notice and to commence legal actions or proceedings to seek remedies and/or damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, repairs, legal fees, costs and expenses, and to seek injunctions or other equitable remedies.

Use of Information
NetPostmaster uses any and all data obtained in order to provide recipients with information on products and/or services that may be of interest to them. NetPostmaster uses the information submitted by its users to provide a service that allows buyers to submit Quote Requests to multiple Vendors. While we select Vendors who we deem the highest quality, we do not guarantee the quality or the credentials of the Vendors who receive and respond to your Quote Requests. NetPostmaster acts as a conduit for matching buyers with Vendors and thus not responsible for any transaction that may occur between you and/or your company and a participating Vendor. NetPostmaster does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the information provided or the products and services sold. Therefore you should evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, opinion, advice or other content available through the NetPostmaster.
Should you have a dispute with any Vendor, you must address such dispute with the Vendor directly. You hereby agree to release NetPostmaster from any and all damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and your transactions with Vendors.

Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy was most recently updated in November 2011.
NetPostmaster as well as its Vendors have a deep commitment to the privacy of every individual about whom it holds information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it. We emphasize that protecting consumer and business privacy is our greatest concern.

Security Policy
NetPostmaster maintains security guidelines to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of information in its database. Access to personally identifiable information is only provided to authorized employees of NetPostmaster. Employees at NetPostmaster are made aware of our security guidelines during our employee orientation process. Our security guidelines are reviewed at least quarterly based on our fiscal calendar. With any specific questions regarding our privacy policy, we can be reached via email at privacy@netpostmaster.com. NetPostmaster takes online privacy extremely seriously.
